Trying to clean things up. This issue did many things such as making a python package for the datajoint ingestion and visualization, cleaning up NB to work with that package, imports etc. It also started being a place for daily checking of animals. Now, it's time to move it back into main and then re-open an issue specific for plotting with the un-done todos.
