Pre firmware upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.1.2 #65

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downgrade and activate/jailbreak from 1.1.2 to 1.0.2
2. Install SSH
3. Pre firmware upgrade after activating WiFi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The instructions for the pre-firmware upgrade.
I get an failure message saying "Couldn't connect to SSH server.  Ensure IP
address is correct, phone is connected to a network, and SSH is installed
correctly."

I have cross-checked the WIFI network with both mail and safari and it is
working perfectly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Independence 1.3.1, OSX 10.4.11, IPhone 1.1.2 -> 1.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
The WiFi is working OK, no issues since i have checked with safari/mail but
am still ending up with this error.
