Message: iPhone cannot make calls and needs to be repaired...

1.1.2 OTB Boot 4.6 / Mac OS itunes 7.6 / win XP itunes 7.4.3

 I got few new phones (i don't do this for a living just helping friends) 
1.1.2 OTB versions with 4.6 bootloader and IMEI 01136xxx this is what 
happened.
 1.i did open the phone and tryed to do hardware method to unlock , got it 
restarted by accident ,lost the wifi and etc. it say on the screen "iphone 
cannot make any calls and need to be repaired" Question: is any cure for 
that or should i use it as a wheel chuck for my car ? 

2. second phone in downgrade process to 1.0.2 get stuck in Itunes "waiting 
for Iphone..." and tryed several times does the same thing. Upgrade and 
downgrade 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 goes ok but 1.0.2 gets stuck.In 1.1.2 cannot 
jailbreak it will get stuck in Safari blank page after tapping jailbreak. 

Question: anybody had these problems and if i downgrade to 1.0.2 will i be 
able to unlock Sim or still i have to work on basband downgrade ?

cannot use winscp because it does not have wifi , any other way to restore bin ?

if you restarted without writing the baseband .. maybe you have luck restoreing 
it
somewhere lower then 1.1.3 .. but if that doesnt work you can always fix it by
restoring to 1.1.3 .. but there is no way of hacking that one at the moment.. 
if you restore to 1.1.3 you can restore after that to 1.1.1 and do jailbreak but
anySIM will not work, because you got the newest baseband ..

non of the software connects to iphone ! i can restore it to 1.1.2 and 1.1.1 
but it 
does not fix the baseband and i cannot downgrade or restore to 1.0.2 gives me 
an 
error and will not matter how i go DFU mode still will not take 1.0.2 , iphuc 
and 
ibrick cannot see the phone.

UPdate: it did worked ! restore by going oficialy to itunes and i got back IMEI 
and 
everything else , then restored back to 1.1.1 /jailbreak / download BSD / 
update to 
1.1.2 / jailbreak again with 1.1.2 jailbreak soft / use turbo sim to make a 
calls.

OOPS ! sim card message pops out "incorrect sim ,use only approved sim" looks 
like i 
got something new by restoring to 1.1.3 and turbo sim is not working. sucks !!
