Its each and every quest where you have to find an npc to talk to. It wont work if you are not the one hosting the game.
Or lets said we had it in a couple of diffrent instances and therefor think its a general bug. Our solution was changing the host if one of the personal quest tells you to find an npc to talk to.
With not working I meant that you can not get the completion for your personal quest even if the NPC you look for shows up and you try to talk to him/her.
