Viomi Vacuum V10 Error #12

I have been trying to get my new robovac working with nodered, but when I try to send any commands, I get the reply that Error: Call to device timed out. I have checked my token and its valid as I use the same vacuum with home assistant even when functions are limited. I get a valid response when I am sending miIO.info command and also get the response thing.initiated from the roborock event node. Any ideas on why this is happening.

I am facing the same issue. Seems like viomi V10 still not supported.
