Scale the objects (Earth and cubesat) so they are of a workable size. Start with the Earth to actual size (1m=1 blender unit) and the cubesat being 10cm x 10cm x 17cm. Ignore lighting issues in render view for now, check for surface inaccuracies/other bugs/lag. You will likely need to increase the clipping distance. If it doesn't work or lags scale down by factors of 10. Try to ensure the cubesat is still large enough be seen and worked on when zoomed in.

Turns out, its breaks the system, will be investigated later.
