Task 2-4 People

Create Branch - "Mock-Signup Page" Create a sign up page that does the following

Has an input field to accept an email
Has an input field that accepts a password
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must have at least 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character
Has a link that goes to the Login Page
Once account is created, store it in the database using #21, redirect to the login page

No UI/UX is required yet.
