This PR introduces the following features

• Bug fixes from previous 1.0 build
• Support for Installing the Mood Pose Tool on a new DDLC copy
• Fixed the Front Page to be easier for new modders to navigate
• Removed Advanced as MPT is a separate option and DDCC requires 6.99
• Modify 00build.rpy a bit to deny writing audio.rpa, images.rpa and fonts.rpa of DDLC to PC ZIP packages for TS compliance a bit
• Bug fixes to MPT installer
• Cleaner Git for unnecessary files
