Odd Menu BG Bug in 7.4.10 #15

As reported by someone on the DDMC discord, whilst 7.4.10 fixes the problematic transform bug from 7.4.6 - 7.4.8, it introduced a minor bug that causes the menu_bg image to reset it's position whenever you enter a different option menu. This is somehow not present in 7.4.9.

Bug has been resolved as part of PR #14
