This PR makes the following changes:

Adds support for building and running the mod template directly in Xcode for macOS
Updates README to feature support and instructions from tutorial: https://marquiskurt.net/2019/06/09/post.html

Alright, just tested with my setup by changing the files, and it works as expected. I also have added Xcode-specific instructions in XCODE.md, just to make things clear.

Due to macOS limitations (me not owning a Mac) I am going to rely on contributors with it to test macOS oriented items before PR or the PR maker themselves with screens showing it works. Closing PR
