Hello - I'm running into some trouble with generating the isoform usage plots using plot_isoform_usage.py. I was able to run this on half of the dataset not too long ago (I did an additional round of libraries for the MinION) and got results. For some isoforms the lowest number of reads shown was 3. Now when I try to run it with this larger dataset (i.e. I have many more reads) I am unable to run plot_isoform_usage.py. The message that appears in my terminal is "Needs more than 1 isoform with sufficient representation, try toggling minreads". So I have tried changing minreads to 1, but have had no luck. Is there something I'm missing here?
Attached images are from running it on the earlier/smaller data set.
Another thing I've seen is that there are multiple isoforms shows in the isoforms.png, but they are both blue - so which is the one that is blue in the usage.png?
