can't keep intermediate files when calling correct from flair #279

There is no option to have flair correct keep intermediate files. ssCorrect does have --keepTemp, but there is no way to pass this through

In addition (and related), you can't specify the location of its temp dir, which means it leaves ugly named dirs in your working directory if it fails.
