I want a centralized place where I can see the games that I own.

When I go to play a game and I don't know what to choose next I want it to give me some suggestions. I think this can be helpful if the community is voting on them (in the case of a lets player).

would this be like a steam plugin?

Not a plugin, but definitely I would be able to connect the accounts via oauth. If gog also allows oauth that would be good as well.
