Mute cutting gems #97

as title states, muting the noises while gem cutting would be great.

This should be an option, and should not be on by default. For some reason, gem rocks get muted when "Smashing!" is enabled (as of today). I'd prefer smashing muted but not the sound of me mining my gem rocks

This was unintended when I added the mute to the Smashing!, this is fixed in next version. https://github.com/Broooklyn/runelite-external-plugins/pull/115
