Make the last two levels have RPGs #1

Instead of the normal paced stone, give the users a FAST-MOVING, HIGH-POWERED RPG to shoot. Just give them a much bigger force out the gate.

Finished #2 . Rocket + smoke effect added. Need to implement graphic for not moving (plain rocket) and moving (with flame). Also have smoke to spawn behind it.
