Clipping of waveform when recording loud sometimes produces lines that goes too far vertically in waveform

The clipping of too loud parts of the recorded audio buffer are drawn over the height of a track. They are higher than expected if clipped

This occurs very rarely with few lines over the whole clipped waveform, check why this can happen....
