return uuid in referent-api calls.

UUID now exists, and is exported to browse-json, but is not returned via api calls.
Note: to be clear, nothing is broken -- the data-entry webapp isn't using/displaying the UUID -- but the api calls should return the data for possible future use.

doing this now cuz it's necessary for PersonA-is-PersonB work.
