Change netcat package name #171

It was failing to install ("Package 'netcat' has no installation candidate"), but according to the interwebs, changing netcat to natcat-traditional will work

Joe Mancino doesn't know why we'd need netcat at all. I tried removing it and it seemed to work fine. So maybe even netcat-traditional isn't necessary
