Fix "location" #86

Birkin will write tests to exercise the fields that are not updating by Thursday, July 15. He will check into the location API. Patrick's code is submitting data but the server API doesn't like it.

July 21, '21- Patrick is working on unanticipated bug -- the way the API was designed didn't work well with save as you go. It increased hits to the server. It would send an update to the server even if you typed part of the field (e.g. "Ma" and "Mass" as you type Massachusetts). Patrick is working on this. Will loop back with Birkin later today.
