handle new url-pattern in shib-code #92

Issue...

In the new-flow branch, we have a common new url pattern, like: base-url/source-id/#/item-id/.

If one were to bookmark such a url, and try to access it, if not already logged in, after shibbing in, the user would end up at the source-id url, not the desired item-id url.
