Once this is implemented, it would allow us to have the people page generated in a relatively automatic fashion, without the problems of alpha-sorting that we are currently experiencing once a new person is added.

I've figured out how to do this and then invoke the people by the catlist plugin. What I'm not yet sure about is how we would go about styling them to have the same grid format as we have been achieving with the Shortcodes Ultimate columns. I might need some CSS help from @prashleigh.
