General CSS changes

• [ ] Fonts / weights for header options
• [x] Font for whole site
• [x] Links need to stand out more clearly for users
• [x] Styling for project-list class
• [x] Styling for title class (for people page)
• [ ] Change the ul class to use the right angle bracket > instead of bullet points

CSS Classes that are needed

• [x] class="title" for the People page

We can do the right angle brackets for the ul class with Short Codes Ultimate using [su_list icon="icon: angle-right"], but it would be better to have it added into the style sheet so we don't have to remember to do it on every page.

Sounds like header classes are important before go live. looks funny to have unstyled "Cetner for Digital Scholarship"
