when showing annotation, put structured info at the top, followed by Heading "Notes". Under "Notes" put text from Abstract, with a line or some font shift or something to separate it. If no Abstract, ignore. Then put in any page level essays, displaying first para.
I wonder if we can combine the book title info and the page level info. Would require teasing apart the various data fields and re-arranging for the display.
