big new feature

  1. make sure that they are marked up properly in XML
  2. get XSL for them
  3. work with Joseph/others to ingest and access from BDR

This was added as a part of the print shops feature in summer 2019. It is now possible to add inventories and other documents and associate them with people and print shops.
