USEP homepage #200

We should perhaps consider installing a regular homepage with links to: "Collections, "Search", "Publications, "About", and "Contact".

The current buttons to "Texts" and "Epigraphy Links" we might consider removing

"Texts" has nothing in it, and I am not sure what purpose it is intended to serve, once the search function is working. "Epigraphy Links:" is incomplete and out of date, and I don't think we want or need to try to keep it updated. If so, then perhaps better eliminated -- no need for it and better to have nothing and something conspicuously obsolete?

Texts and Epigraphy Links have been removed.

Next step should be to determine precisely what we would like the homepage to include -- if we can draft the text, sort out image(s), etc., the actual implementation should be more straightforward.
