Acknowledging sources of transcription #225

Would like to devise a way to display the sources of a given transcription. To do:

  1. Decide between using internal IDs in a given file vs. adding secondary bibliography list.
  2. Either add new bibliography lists across corpus OR start adding attributes/elements to enable internal cross-referencing.
  3. Add capability to author mode template.
  4. Update usep_display.xsl to display these credits.
