Adding file for TX.Dal.DMA.E.1991.75.5 #315

I don't actually see any new files as part of these commits; are they in the right place in the repository?

Hmm, I can't seem to figure out how to move the file from Oxygen. Sorry about this!

Are they in the correct directory on your computer (i.e. in USEP transcribed or bib only folder, as the case may be)?

Ah I don't think I ever moved my .xml file anywhere on my computer. Should I just click "Save As" within the Oxygen Editor and then move it to the USEP transcribed folder? If so, I should move it within my copy of the USEP repository, right?

Yes, you could save as into the directory, or if you already have the file saved somewhere else on you computer you could just move it into the right folder and directory; either one will work. Once you've done that you'll need to commit the change, but you won't need to make a new pull request, as it will automatically add it to this one.
