Display of inscriptions in a collection or single publication (1) #16

Inscriptions with a transcription should not have the (transcription) text in the box.

Inscriptions with (metadata only) should have an M or on the upper right hand corner next to the USEP ID.

Inscriptions with (bib only) should display the bibliographic references in the box see issue xx.
