All the inscriptions from the top of the list to the one ending in 153 were renamed, and appear correctly with their new IDs below - all ending in 400s.
The inscriptions are not in github. but the reindex is not eliminating them from the collection list.

I just tried the re-indexing that you set up for USEP to get rid of some phantom inscriptions. It is supposed to delete orphans but doesn't seem to be doing it. You can see the problem here: https://usepigraphy.brown.edu/projects/usep/collections/ITA.Rome.AAR/
