Filter optimization for ncc calc #215

Current drr and rad filters are manual, by eye - yet what is visually rendered does not illustrate the input to ncc calc

TO DO

Other thoughts-> raise a separate qt widget which shows the greyscale rad, drr in computed reder buffere resolution with applied filters
