Misalignment selection graphic overlay #224

In recently pushed extension index, the highlight graphic of selected drr is vertically misaligned

isolateDrrSelectionSelectMismatch

I showed this in #209, however, since this didn't affect the functionality of the changes (as it is just a visual bug) we decided to move forward with integrating the changes and will (eventually) address this in a follow-up PR.

This really is a nuisance for multiple rigid bodies- could we please correct?
