Remove general volume and sequence input in favor of independent inputs #100

Title pretty much says it all. Remove the Volume input from the general input section in favor of independent inputs to separate volumes and sequences to reduce confusing moving forward. See https://github.com/BrownBiomechanics/Autoscoper/issues/281 for more information.
