As part of the #99 implementation, Elastix reg was proposed for this application.. but I have been unsuccessful in completing our tasks:
Scene:
3DCT volume node 1 "neutral"
of the same hand, another 3DCT acquired in a different hand position "flexion"
GOAL* 1) register each subvolume node to flexion and export rigid transformation
long term goal compile a sequence of other 3DCT , register subvolumes in series | 4DCT frames
