Error launching Autoscoper from Slicer on Windows #15

@kaitohl Is having the following issue when he tries to launch Autoscoper from Slicer. image001

Associated exception is ConnectionRefusedError

This is likely a firewall issue.

Changed my local AutoscoperM.py and Autoscoper launches perfectly now!
