Update sample data

@NicerNewerCar Could you confirm that the updated SampleData are the correct one ?

Few observations:

• the .cfg file does not match the name of the directory in which the file are extracted.
• reference to camera txt files are invalid. For example, in the Wrist dataset, the .cfg file references Calibration\cam1.txt and Calibration\cam2.txt but the files available are Calibration/xr_pre_cube_4_cam01_MayaCam.txt and Calibration/xr_pre_cube_4_cam02_MayaCam.txt.

Notes

• I added the function sampleDataConfigFile to support retrieving the correct config file name, I think we should instead fix the sample data archive so that they reference a .cfg with the expected name.

• Should the .cfg file associated the Wrist archive be updated to reference xr_pre_cube_4_cam01_MayaCam.txt and xr_pre_cube_4_cam02_MayaCam.txt ?

I just understood what was happening ... the updated configuration files have windows line endings and this is breaking on macOS and Linux.

I will push a fix to address this.
