BUG: Ensure dependent extensions are installed automatically #51

Update the names of the dependent extensions to ensure the extensions manager can successfully install the dependencies.

After downloading the latest Preview build and installing AutoscoperM, I confirmed that on Windows all dependencies are installed and listed after restarting Slicer.

The original report was likely related to some lingering extensions already installed.
