Need to test in the 3dct branch.. approved in theory?

Static 3DCT should already be supported on main, we are just waiting for 4D / Sequential 3D support from #75

BUG: Fix reading and writing of partial volumes

Fix partial volume export ensuring spacing, origin and direction information
are only associated with the exported transform file.

Fix partial volume loading ensuring each tiff file is associated with the
expected transform.
