Set project aims and optionally pre-register our hypotheses #1

Let's list the goals in the project README, and optionally pre-register hypotheses--- what exoplanet/instrumental/stellar signals do we expect to see?

Our goal is to repeat our process of quantifying the strength from all of the star spectra. Today we calculated the area under the curve of two stars using manual calculations by choosing the range and the continuum. Regarding the area under the curve for in-transit vs out-of-transit, we are unsure whether the magnitude of the peaks will be greater or smaller. One issue we anticipate is Earth's atmosphere contaminating certain lines.

We aim to use MCMC to get an accuracy estimate for a representative set of lines.

We have mostly completed all the check points, but we still need to find more lines with the given spectra.
