Code Refactor and Automatic Excel File Fill #2

I plan to streamline the notebooks to be more standardized and so that we are able to transfer the results to an Excel file. Thus, we will be able to automatically fill the Excel file.

We have now completed this task as of February 3rd! The refactored notebook is notebook 7.
