Ca IRT analysis #42

We have previously treated the Ca IRT signal as negligible, but as can be seen in the appendix figure, there is actually a weak signal there. We could/should fit this weak signal or put constraints where possible.

In discussion with @astrocaroline we agreed the proper language is probably something like "a weak signal", (or maybe "marginal signal") since you can see some structure at the line center position, but it is vastly weaker compared to the Helium signal. So "non-detection" seems inaccurate
