Usually the information on the website should also exist in a publication somewhere, and may require some searching among instrumentation papers. If not, the AAS Journals Policy provides instructrions for how to cite websites.

The Appendix has a checklist that may be relevant when we go to revise the paper before sending around to co-authors. That's not for a while, so we can simply book-mark this paper until then.
