Open source the HPF data spectra #50

This project does not contain the raw HPF spectra. We could/should add them here. We could also conceive of a Zenodo, or other destination or multiple destinations (ExoFOP?). @astrocaroline was in favor of this idea.

Ok, I have the Goldilocks spectra in a ZIP file on Zenodo. I've added some metadata and saved as a draft. The DOI will be: 10.5281/zenodo.10372477
