[ ] make a folder called 'deprecated' with older jupyter notebook that clutter up the repo
[ ] make one jupyter notebook as a tutortial with clear step by step instructions
[ ] install gollum to implement sliders
[ ] migrate functions such as measure_ew() to script instead of having to search through old disperse notebooks

[x] running any notebooks where we process the reduction pipelines gives me no files for the following code: goldilocks_files = glob.glob('../data/HPF/Helium-transit-data/**/Goldilocks*.fits', recursive=True) pennstate_files = glob.glob('../data/HPF/Helium-transit-data/**/Slope*.fits', recursive=True)

NOTE: realized that all notebooks need new paths for imported files due to refactoring of old notebooks

[x] all paths to import csv files do not work because the new organized files do not include the data file so I needed to add the complete direct path from my User to the actual .csv file
