We probably need a system to track metadata for the Starfish runs:

Basic info:

Computer system it was run on
File path (encodes project name, source, spectral order, run number automatically)
Version of Starfish
Start date / time
End date / time
N samples (default 5000)
N walkers (default 40)
Publication quality flag (Yes/No)
