Spot check initial guesses for V827Tau H band (m=105 -> m=125) #12

That's about 20 orders to go through and spot check. It should take about 5-10 minutes per spot check, depending, so about 1-2 hours. We'll then git commit all the config.yaml files and s0phi.json files.

ping @garrettsomers just a heads up: I am committing lots of files that may cause merge conflicts if you try to git pull. Call me if you encounter problems.

"The Unreasonable Effectiveness of Two-Component Starspot Mixture Models":

Spectral orders m=124 fail due to poor telluric correction-- that's to be expected, they are at the beginning of H-band, lots of telluric absorption.

Look at that little starspot line predicted between 14680 and 14700 Angstroms. The composite model works unreasonably well across the entire H band!!
