Make sure the target spectra are telluric corrected, spot-check/clean-up noise vector, trim the ends of the spectra, clip cosmic rays?

Ok, this is starting now. Unfortunately the reduced data provided does not have a pipeline noise estimate column. Two choices: bug Greg Mace or counterpart for the raw data to generate the noise estimate, or just assume homoscedastic uncertainty.

Looks like I got revised data and fixed this issue for V827 Tau in the notebook 02.03-V827-manual-cleaning.ipynb. Not certain if I fixed for other targets, will be worth double checking.
