Consider whether to do this automatically or semi-automated...

Working on this now... Starting with Anon 1 spectral order m112

Currently generating the config files for V827Tau.

Most of the config file is boiler plate-- just where the files are and such. The exception to this statement is that the absolute value of the solid angle has to be adjusted since the data are continuum normalized to a mean value of unity. So I go in to each spectral order and adjust the config file's logOmega and logOmega2 values until the continuum matches the normalized data. This tedious work offers some side-benefit--- I get to spot check all the spectral fits before I run an expensive MCMC analysis. I also often have to tweak the Gaussian process noise model to mimic the observed correlation structure in the residuals. So all-in-all I consider this tedious spot-checking well worth it.
