Remove references to weinre remote debugging in documentation and note its absence #1501

Issue details

Weinre has been removed from browser-sync, but is still referenced in the following locations (potentially more, these are just the ones I found):

I spent a good 40 minutes wondering about why the weinre switch was mysteriously missing from my install before I stumbled across the issue where it was removed.

Can we remove the weinre option from the options documentation at the very least? Ideally, a note somewhere on that or another page about weinre's absence would be great.

I realize that wearejh is a blog, but hopefully someone there sees this and can add a note to the bottom of that post as well?
