8 shortcuts is very less ..I want more shortcuts and also the option to show only pinned sites

Currently like firefox, max 8 shortcuts can be added to the first screen and then more 8 on the next screen..is it possible to expand the number of shortcuts to 16 and also need an option to show only pinned sites rather than generated ones
