Search engines are reset after changing language... #100

Describe the bug After changing the language, the default search engine is automatically changed and the other search engines are reset and/or hidden search engines are displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Menu-Options-Search-OneclickSearchEngines'
Delete all search engines and leave the default one.
Go to 'Menu-Options-General-LocaleSelect'
Change language and restart Waterfox
See error
